The type of 1:1 coaching you get during classes is top tier! The small class sizes make it less intimidating and I always look forward to the new faces I will meet! The workouts can be customized to your experience and level of strength, which is something that makes The Mill stand out from other workout studios. I look forward to waking up every morning and being able to go to a workout class where I know I will get proper coaching on form, how to engage certain muscles, and also the mind-muscle connection.
