Have Questions?

What classes should I take if I’m at a beginner fitness level?

Strong Start would be a great place to start for beginner functional strength training. Our mat classes, Barre classes, yoga classes, and pelviCORE are all also beginner friendly classes.

How long do I have to use my class package when purchased?

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to use your class package. Class packages are redeemable at either studio location.

do your memberships require a contract?

You can select a contract or no-contract option. For our non-contract option, your membership can be cancelled at any time through our app.

Can I tour the facility?

Of course, call or text us at 734-530-3574 and we’d be happy to set up a time to give you a private tour. For the health and safety of our clients and staff, we are by appointment only.

is this a women's only gym?

No - however, we have several classes designed for women only such as our prenatal and postpartum fitness classes, pelviCORE classes, and many specialty events.

how big are the classes?

We intentionally keep our class sizes small so you get the attention to form and function you deserve. Most classes are between 7-9 clients.

do you offer a free trial?

Yes - your first class is free! All new clients can click HERE to grab your first class free pass.

what's your class canceLlation policy?

We ask that if you need to cancel, you do so ten hours prior to your scheduled class. We reserve the right to charge a $10 fee for late cancellations or void your class pass for no call, no show.

how many weeks postpartum should I be before I partake in fitness classes?

We recommend waiting until you have clearance to return to exercise from your OBGYN, midwife, and/or pelvic floor therapist to resume classes postpartum. When you return, we suggest starting with our Bumps, Babies, & Barbells class where you are welcome to bring your little one and our pelviCORE classes.

how early should I arrive for my class?

For your first class, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get comfortable and check out our studio before class. You can leave all belongings in our mudroom which is attached to our back door. You can enter through either the front or back door upon arrival.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes, we also offer 2:1 private sessions as well for yoga and strength training. We match clients with an instructor based on schedule availability and client goals. Please contact us for more information and to be matched with a trainer.

how can i inquire about physical therapy?

Check out our physical therapy tab for more information on our 1:1 physical therapy and dry needling services.

what should i bring to class?

All mat classes are taught barefoot so shoes are not necessary but grippy socks are encouraged.

Grippy socks are required for all Heroboard classes to ensure safety due to the moving platform. We provide all equipment and mats.

For strength classes in our weight room, we ask that you change into your gym shoes at our studio to avoid bringing in outdoor weather and germs inside.

We also recommend bringing a water bottle but we always have water, protein shakes, and electrolyte beverages available for purchase in the studio.

We’d love to hear from you! Just drop your name and email, and one of our team members will be in touch soon to answer your questions, talk through your goals, or help you take the first step toward feeling your best. Let’s get the conversation started.
