Already have experience working out but looking to level up alongside the most supportive community? Build strength, confidence, mobility, and long-term health through intentional small-group fitness designed to support women's unique needs and led by movement experts.
Looking for one-on-one coaching in a completely private weight room? We'll create an individualized program designed specifically for your body, your starting point, and the goals you're working toward—and help build your confidence so you feel ready to transition into our group classes when the time is right for you.
With a clear foundation and a repeatable process in place, creating gets easier. You know what to make, why you're making it, and how to say it in a way that sounds like you. The blank page stops being a problem.
This is where content starts to feel like something you own instead of something that owns you.
You don't have to be injured or in pain to benefit from physical therapy. Many of our patients seek care proactively to better understand their body, address small concerns before they become limitations, and continue doing the things they love.
Pregnancy shouldn't mean simply putting up with pain or stopping the activities you love. Work one-on-one with a pelvic floor-trained physical therapist to address pregnancy-related aches and pains, stay active, prepare your pelvic floor and body for delivery, and build a plan for postpartum recovery.

Prenatal yoga with Nikki is the best yoga class I’ve ever taken. She is so knowledgeable and every movement purposeful. She is so genuinely passionate about empowering and preparing women for birth. Hannah’s unique Pelvicore class is such a great mental and physical workout and has helped me focus on core pelvic strength. Bumps, babes, and barbells is such a fun strength building class tailored for pregnant and new mommas. Hannah is great about meeting you where you are at with modifications, and encouraging you along the way while still challenging you. I always leave The Mill feeling renewed, stronger, and more confident and the community being built here is so important and needed downriver.
Coming back to fitness after having a baby seemed very daunting. I felt better about attending Bumps, Babies and Barbells, where I could bring my baby along. During this class, Hannah was sure to personalize and modify the workout for every one in the class. I felt safe and supported and by the end, incredibly confident in my ability to return to exercise. This gave me the confidence to attend a bunch of different classes at The Mill, all of which have been incredible. The small class sizes allow for ample support from the instructors. Not only is the fitness aspect of The Mill top tier, but Hannah has done incredible things to create a community at The Mill. Being surrounded by other women who were pregnant & newly postpartum brought me so much joy and encouragement in the difficult days of being a brand new first time mom. It brings tears to my eyes thinking of how fortunate we are to have this in our community!

Prior to my first appointment with Ashlyn I had a lot of pain in the pelvic floor region, and urgency to pee often. After only one month of pelvic floor physical therapy with Ashlyn, pain in the pelvic floor region has decreased significantly. The urgency to pee too often has also decreased, now I go to the bathroom only when I really need to. Ashlyn listens to her clients, she provides very good education for clients, she welcomes all questions, she creates a safe space for clients receiving physical therapy. Ashlyn Kelly is an excellent physical therapist, I highly recommend her!

The studio offers a variety of classes, designed for everyone, at every stage of their fitness journey. The studio is warm and welcoming; the community is encouraging and supportive. The trainers promote a healthy mindset where fitness isn’t just about a number on the scale, but that movement is medicine. Dr. Hannah Mills genuinely cares about every person that walks through the door. It’s truly a space where everyone is welcome, friendships are made, and fitness is fun!
I’ve learned so much about how to stabilize my joints and my body, as well as learning different techniques to help engage/relax the right muscles in my pelvic floor, something I would have never been able to do before seeing Dr. Ashlyn! The space is clean, relaxing, and private, with very intentional sessions every time, seeing improvement weekly! If you are on the fence about seeking help in PT, The Mill is the place to go!
I’ve been putting off reviewing this place because I can’t quite put it into words how grateful I am. Hannah got to the root of my problem rather than just treating my symptoms to ensure that I don’t re-injure myself or cause other issues for myself. And she did so without scheduling any unnecessary sessions. Her communication is awesome and she is always available to help, even though I no longer have PT sessions.
I have struggled with many different issues and was feeling such a low quality of life as I navigated menopause and my middle years. I have always been very active and wanted to do more than my body was allowing. Hannah has taught me more about my body and Pelvic Floor than I have known in 30 years. She made me feel so comfortable from my initial intake and listened to all my concerns. The quality of care is the BEST I’ve ever received! I have 3 children, all in their 20’s, all played college sports, and I had them VERY close in age, which resulted in a lot for my body. I have made incredible progress in 3 short months with PT with Hannah and the PelviCore class at The Mill. I am feeling stronger every day and with every session and most importantly, I have hope again! I will forever be grateful for her and The Mill and could not recommend her more!!
