Brooke is a fitness instructor and student physical therapist currently pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Baylor University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sport Science from Wayne State University and brings experience across both fitness and physical rehabilitation settings to the way she coaches. She is also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and certified in HEROBOARD.

Brooke’s passion for health and movement is deeply personal. Through navigating her own challenges with disordered eating, she discovered how powerful movement can be when it comes from a place of building yourself up rather than breaking yourself down. That experience fuels her passion for helping others rediscover trust in their bodies and recognize just how strong, capable, and resilient they already are.

Her classes are known for her contagious energy, encouragement, and ability to make people believe in themselves. As she continues her education in physical therapy, Brooke brings an ever-growing understanding of the human body into her coaching while staying focused on what matters most to her: helping people build confidence through movement.

When she’s not studying or coaching at The Mill, you’ll usually find Brooke outdoors or spending time with her family, friends, and fur baby.
