Delaney is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with specialized training in pelvic floor therapy and women’s health, bringing her clinical understanding of the body into every class she teaches at The Mill. Her approach to movement is intentional and informed by her background in rehabilitation, with an emphasis on helping people build strength, move confidently, and better understand their bodies.

After becoming a mom to her son, Delaney’s appreciation for the role of movement and community took on an entirely new meaning. Experiencing postpartum firsthand showed her just how powerful physical activity can be during a season that is equal parts beautiful, challenging, rewarding, and messy. Finding her way back to movement—and being surrounded by women who understood—became an important part of feeling like herself again.

That experience now shapes the environment Delaney creates in her classes. She brings her pelvic health lens to movement while creating a space where women can work hard, ask questions, share their experiences, and connect without judgment or pressure.

For Delaney, fitness is about far more than completing a workout. It’s an opportunity to support physical and mental health, build community, and carve out time to feel a little more like yourself—something she understands on an entirely new level as both a physical therapist and a mom.
