Hailey is a certified personal trainer with a specialization in corrective exercise and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. With a background in figure skating, she has always had a strong passion for movement and performance. Her interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation led her to earn her Corrective Exercise Specialist certification and pursue a future career in Occupational Therapy.

Hailey brings several years of experience across both rehabilitation and performance settings, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the human body and how to meet clients wherever they are in their fitness journey. Whether someone is returning to exercise after an injury, looking to move and feel better, or ready to build strength and confidence, Hailey’s approach is individualized, intentional, and focused on long-term progress.

At The Mill, Hailey works directly with clients through one-on-one personal training and group fitness. She loves helping people feel more comfortable and capable in their bodies while creating an environment where movement feels approachable, challenging, and genuinely enjoyable.
