Dr. Hannah is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor therapy, women’s health, and functional movement, with a passion for helping women feel strong and confident in their bodies through every season of life. She believes the best healthcare looks beyond symptoms and connects rehabilitation, movement, and long-term wellness.

Hannah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Movement Science from the University of Michigan before completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Baylor University. Her early specialization in pelvic health and women’s health, combined with her experience in traditional physical therapy, shaped her belief that women deserve better access to individualized, proactive care.

After seeing the gaps between traditional healthcare and fitness firsthand, Hannah founded The Mill in 2024 in her hometown of Wyandotte. Her vision was deeply personal: to create the kind of place she wished existed for women, including the support she hopes to have herself as she moves through different seasons of life and, someday, motherhood. A place where women can find trusted experts, meaningful resources, and a community that grows alongside them.

Clinically, Hannah’s interests include pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum care, orthopedic conditions, complex and chronic conditions, and hypermobility. She takes a whole-body approach that combines hands-on care, functional movement, and education to address root causes and build long-term resilience.

As The Mill has grown, Hannah’s role has evolved with it. While she continues to treat patients, much of her time is now spent behind the scenes leading and mentoring the team, developing programs and services, and shaping The Mill’s long-term vision of more connected, holistic healthcare and wellness.
