Kelly has been part of The Mill since long before there was a studio, a team, or even a name. As Hannah’s mom, she is one of the people who inspired the heart behind The Mill in the first place. Throughout Hannah’s life, Kelly has modeled what it looks like to care deeply for the people around you while continuing to prioritize your own health and strength. Hannah can still remember watching her do Tae Bo workouts on VHS as a kid—an early example of the relationship with movement that would eventually become such a big part of The Mill.

Trying to define Kelly’s role at The Mill is nearly impossible because, truthfully, she does a little bit of everything. She is Hannah’s go-to, one of the team’s biggest cheerleaders, and often one of the first people to make a new face feel like they’ve been part of The Mill community all along.

You might find Kelly representing The Mill at a local community event, crushing her own workout in class, keeping the studios running smoothly behind the scenes, or showing up with sweet treats for the team just because. She has a natural way of taking care of people and noticing what needs to be done—usually before anyone even has to ask.

More than anything, Kelly embodies so much of what The Mill was built to be: strong, welcoming, community-minded, and always willing to pour into the people around her. She remains one of Hannah’s greatest inspirations and a very special part of the heart behind The Mill.
