Lucas has been part of The Mill since before it was anything more than a dream. As Hannah’s husband, biggest supporter, and partner in bringing The Mill to life, he has played an irreplaceable role in creating the spaces our community gets to call home.
If Hannah is the one filling Pinterest boards with ideas, Lucas is the one figuring out how to bring them to life. A natural visionary, big dreamer, and incredibly talented builder, Lucas has a gift for seeing the potential in a space long before anyone else can. From the smallest details to the biggest renovations, so much of what makes The Mill feel like The Mill has been created by his own two hands.
Trying to define Lucas’s role at The Mill is a little like trying to define Kelly’s. He wears just about every hat imaginable, often working behind the scenes long after everyone else has gone home. Whether he's building something new, fixing something that broke, or dreaming up what could come next, Lucas is constantly finding ways to make The Mill better for the people who walk through its doors.
More than anything, Lucas is a huge part of the reason The Mill exists as it does today. He has never been afraid to dream bigger, work harder, or believe in Hannah’s idea. What they've built together is a reflection of their shared vision, a whole lot of hard work, and the belief that something really special can happen when two people join together to make an impact.
