Nikki is a health and wellness professional, educator, wife, and mom of three who has been coaching clients and teaching yoga since 2013. With a deep passion for motherhood and all things fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, she loves helping women feel supported, informed, and connected to their bodies through some of life's biggest transitions.
Nikki began her career teaching K–12 health and physical education before taking her passion for wellness across the country. Her career has included corporate health and wellness programming, education, coaching, and yoga instruction, giving her a unique ability to blend movement with practical, approachable health education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Fitness Nutrition Specialist, with additional training in prenatal, postnatal, and fertility yoga.
Motherhood has become a huge part of Nikki's own journey and the work she loves most. She understands firsthand that life changes, seasons shift, and wellness has to be flexible enough to shift with you. Her approach is grounded in education, connection, and reminding women that they don't need another trend or fad—they need the tools and confidence to trust themselves. More than anything, she loves creating spaces where women can move, learn, connect with one another, and be reminded that they don't have to navigate motherhood—or womanhood—alone.
